Interior design and fit-out contracting services:
★ Pre-design phase :
We will communicate with our client by thorough discussion to
understand various aspects of concerns in relation to its
prospective project. We then provide our professional assessments
in the following aspects for client's consideration: mode of sale
service, clientele sector, market positioning, design concepts,
schedule of accommodation of space, flow of food preparation,
criteria of selection of facilities and equipments as well as
specification of utilities to be installed.
★ Design phase :
We will incorporate feedbacks from our client to produce
modification on overall design, contributing professional advices
on aspects like food license application , schedule of
accommodation of space, shop front and interior perspectives plus
selection of materials so to present the design image
comprehensively to our clients.
★ Site work phase :
We will submit reasonable priced quotation based on the overall
design and materials selected to our client for approval (with
details of foreseeable expenses that may incur on client's own
account, if applicable, so that overall budget for the prospective
project can be mastered and controlled by client). Site work will
be performed by our professional contracting team according to
pre-approved work schedule and scheme by both parties.
★ Warranty and maintenance phase :
We provide reliable and supportive maintenance service to our
client by taking care of considerations from the following
perspectives: design → material selection → fit-out and
installation → operation.
Restaurant design and related services :
1. Conceptual design :
A team of versatile designers would work out the conceptual design
with respective images in accordance with requirements provided by
client. Preliminary concept with relevant images in photos would be
presented to client for further discussion and modification.
2. Site inspection and measurement :
a) Site inspection on physical and environmental conditions to
meet the requirements for license compliance;
b) Checking provision of utilities in premise include:
electricity, water, drainage, ventilation, town gas, etc.;
c) Preliminary site check on floor loading and unauthorized
building works;
d) Preliminary site check on fire escape route and fire
protection facilities;
e) Accurate site measurement and setting up of detail floor plan
for prospective design.
3. Professional restaurant design :
a) Kitchen and service bar areas design by expert staff based on
the special requirement in accordance with the mode of operation
and service (e.g. fast food self-serving or restaurant type of
operation);
b) Seating arrangement to match the market and price positioning
of the restaurant;
c) Recommend decoration materials and lightings to meet the
requirements stipulated by client in respect to investment budget
and overall impression on decoration.
4. Supportive service on design drawings :
a) Precise floor plan and perspective drawings produced by
skillful draftsman for client's approval;
b) Provision of necessary documentation for landlord or its
designated property management company as well as government
authority for license application.
5. Detail layout plan for the kitchen area :
Detail layout plan for kitchen and service bar with schematic
arrangement of relevant stainless steel equipments will be
projected to match the operation flow of food preparation and
requirements for the menu items . All factors like space and food
preparation requirements will be taken into consideration.
6. Joining relevant meetings to provide consultancy service :
a) We will assist our client by joining relevant meetings and
contributing professional advices which include meetings with the
Food and Environmental Hygiene Department for food license
application, landlord or its designated property management company
for the supply of utilities, etc.;
b) We will also coordinate with nominated sub-contractors (e.g.
fire services contractor) designated by the landlord or property
management company to carry out the interior fit-out work on site.
7. Application for various licenses for utility supplies :
Our project-in-charge staff will follow-up the application
procedures for all utility licenses including water meters,
electricity meters, ventilation system specification for
Environmental Protection Department, as well as application for
Provisional Restaurant License and Restaurant License.
